具体内容： 丰富的软件/ERP产品经理经验 英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言 有软件定制化经验优先考虑，具备良好的市场敏锐度及策略能力 有汽车行业项目经验优先考虑（不必须） Key Duties & Responsibilities Attendance of PSR meetings Maintaining Customisation backlog by liasing with project and account managers to ensure requirement are defined 1 month in advance for local development teams and 1.5 months in advance for remote development teams. Guiding the scrum team in the implementation and maintenance of agile practices Being a trustworthly executor of agreed developments for central product management Work with clients， central product owners and consultants to understand requirements Understand core product feature and roadmap to ensure development of solutions that are optimal for the business. Facilitate discussion， decision making and problem resolution in the Scrum team Communicate internally and externally to improve the business Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders Manage changes in scope of deliverable Personify Scrum and Agile.
