Main Responsibilities: Production and perform analytical review on expense for monthly management reporting. Play the role of BL/SF’s partner to support their budget monitoring and cost control. Control DFIN cost entry input quality. Supervise AP process (onshore&offshore)， monitor monthly/yearly PSEXP closing， opening， EOY expense cut-off schedule arrangement. Oversight expense accounting quality and perform cost analytical review on a regular basis. Actively involved in AP offshore project and put in place the target operating model with clear RACI and KPI between onshore cost monitoring team and offshore P2P hub team， respecting global and local specific expense policies. Cost accounting and monitoring policy define and annual review/update. FA management of the entity covering all branch locations， include WIP follow up /FA inquiry/ new FA recognition / FA monthly depreciation close/FA write off/FA adjustment/monthly journal prepare/ FA Mapping Update /annual stock taking inspection /annual inspection report; Support budget process as Financial & Cost Steering team member. Operational risk control and monitoring， e.g.， declaration of control perform in internal system(GPS/MORSE). Substantiate the expense related accounts in the APS tools(BCT) and follow up clean-up of aged accounts expense accrual/provision/prepayments. Support relevant internal /external /regional audit inquiries. Risk control: Comply with Code of Conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations， internal policies， compliance rules and procedures (including but without limitation to those requirements from the aspects of Anti-money laundering， know your client， anti-fraud， data protection etc.) Take responsibility to report any incidents， suspicious and fraud cases according to bank incident report mechanism/whistle blowing/ escalation requirement immediately. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and uphold the bank’s ethical standard both in professional activities and personal conduct. Candidiate Profile: Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting or Finance; 6 years or above relevant experience in financial steering cost work in international company; Meticulous， autonomous， efficient， good interpersonal skills， and able to work under pressure; Good command of English in both writing and speaking Strong skills in MS Office， good at Excel.
