Task and objective: ? Coordination and realization work for the Mercedes-Benz passenger car products; ? Ensure that Mercedes-Benz passenger car products entirely fulfill the required standards regarding long-term quality and endurance for Chinese environment， driving and street-conditions; ? Ensure the component function testing activities are conducted according to the component function specifications and project timeline; ? Evaluation of each release in accordance to given project plans and pre-defined releases in regard to completeness and accuracy of the implemented features; ? Documentation， analysis of defects in cooperation with development departments and suppliers; Qualification requirements: o At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry (or comparable experience)， or above; o Experience in automotive safety system component development or engineering project management; o Fluent English language skill is a must， and German language skill will be a plus; o Good knowledge of Restraint Systems components (e.g. Airbags， Seat belt and buckle， Steering Wheel and Driver Airbag…)， with good technical background about the manufacturing process， material， functions specification and regulation requirement; o Good skills of cross function project management， timeline， planning， process， task execution and tracking; o Engineering mindset， team spirit， proactive， self-motivated， integrity， openness， curiosity， and creativity; o Good office IT skills are mandatory， such as Microsoft Window， Office， Outlook， and Excel…; o General understanding of Engineering software (e.g. Auto CAD， NX， and SAP); o Willingness to travel China domestic and oversea， prepare to work on-site with suppliers; 职能类别： 汽车安全性能工程师 关键字： 被动安全 国产化 安全带 方向盘 安全气囊 微信分享
