职位描述
Responsibilities: Provide on-site service to bank customers, such as quarterly operational review meeting and emergency on-site support; Support bank customers by phone and email to solve daily operational issues and system problems; Prepare the Health check reports for the customers and follow up the findings & recommendations in the Health check reports with customers; Provide emergency onsite support to the SWIFT customers Train the customers on operational skills and system maintenance skills. Requirements: Bachelor degree in computer technology or related field; More than 2 years of working experience in Banking IT service; Good knowledge of OS systems, such as AIX, Linux and Windows Server 2016; Good communication and team building skills; Good at oral and written English preferred; Be Responsible, earnest, careful, active and hard working. 职能类别: 技术支持/维护工程师 微信分享
