1．负责汽车电子相关的方案设计及软硬件开发及电机的控制与应用； Responsible for the design and development of software and hardware in automotive electronics field， the control and application of the motor; 2．工作内容包括控制系统仿真、电机控制算法开发、软件实现与调试， 对汽车电子产品进行可行性分析、论证，编制分析报告，提出合理的开发计划和方案； The work includes simulation of control system， development of motor control algorithm， implementing and debugging of software， completing analysis report about feasibility analysis of automobile electronic product demonstration， putting forward the development plan and reasonable solution; 3. 收集，整理客户的技术需求。 Clear up the technical requirements of customers; 4. 根据客户需求制定系统技术规范。 Develop system technical specifications according to customer requirements; 5. 在产品研发过程中作为和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口。 As a technical interface between customer， supplier and Tier Two in product development process; 6. 协调内部研发以满足客户的需求。 Coordinate internal R & D to meet the needs of customers; 7. 客户现场的技术支持和问题解决。 Technical support and problem solving of customer site; 8．制定汽车电子产品开发过程中的各类开发规范； Setting norms for the development process of automotive electronics products; 9．会同汽车电子测试工程师制定标定和检测的各类规范； In conjunction with the automotive electronics test engineer to set norms and standards for calibration and testing; 10．完成部门经理安排的其他工作. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager. 专业技能Professional skills: 1、至少熟悉一种主流车用处理器及开发平台； Familiar with at least one mainstream vehicle processor and development platform; 2、掌握电子元器件基本知识，具有较强的动手能力； Master basic knowledge of electronic components， and have strong practical ability; 3、熟悉模拟电子、数字电子、嵌入式技术； Familiar with analog electronics， digital electronics and embedded technology; 4、熟练掌握至少一种PCB制图软件； Proficiency in at least one PCB drawing software; 5、熟练使用汇编、C/C++等嵌入式编程工具； Proficient in the use of assembly， C/C++ and other embedded programming tools; 6、熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN， LIN， UDS， 等)； Be familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (e.g. CAN， LIN， UDS， etc.); 7、掌握直流电机、步进电机或永磁同步电机的工作原理、控制原理； Master the working principle and control principle of DC motor， stepping motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor; 能力素质Ability quality: 1.具有较强的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、领悟能力 Be with strong logical thinking ability， analysis and judgment ability， understanding ability 2.具较强的责任心和主动性，有敬业奉献精神，保密意识强 Be with strong sense of responsibility and initiative， dedication， strong sense of confidentiality 3. 良好的沟通与协调技巧； Good communication and coordination skills 4. 能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心 Self-motivated; full of engineering thinking; responsible 职能类别： 汽车电子工程师 微信分享
