What are my responsibilities? 职责 Position overview 职位概述 -The system engineer is to establish a system concept which is optimum for MO MM (China). Consistent system management is to be ensured throughout the entire project execution phase in order to minimize the technical risks of projects. 系统工程师的主要职责是为交通集团交通管理部提供最优的系统方案，并在项目中执行持续的系统管理工作，从而保证项目周期内技术风险的最小化。 Responsibilities 职责 -The system engineer defines and controls the system and assumes overall technical responsibility for the system architecture and the system concept in customer projects of MO MM (China). 系统工程师对系统进行定义和控制，并在交通管理部的项目中承担总体技术责任。 -With regard to the system architecture and the system concept， the system engineer ensures communication and actsas an interface between the project， the Bid Group， R&D， Product Management， System Management， and the customer. 为保证系统方案的正确实施，系统工程师作为接口人要确保项目与售前团队、研发团队、产品管理和系统管理团队以及客户之间的有效沟通。 -Responsibility for determination and updating of the system architecture and the system concept lies with the system engineer throughout the entire project duration. 项目执行过程中系统架构和系统方案的确定实施有赖于系统工程师的综合技术决策。 What do I need to qualify for this job? - A minimum of 5+ years of related experience to the signaling system business. 5年以上信号系统行业从业经验 - A minimum of 3+ years of onsite experience or engineering experience of signaling system. 3年以上信号系统现场经验或工程设计经验 -Is able to adapt own working style to international environment to foster effective cooperation. 能够适应跨文化工作氛围并积极合作 -University Bachelor's Degree in signaling/engineering， or a different suitable academic background. Experience profile is more important than education profile. 信号系统/工程类大学本科学历，或相当的教育背景。职业经历更重要。 - Should be proficient in English (spoken & written). 熟练使用英语（说和写）。 What else do I need to know?
