What are my responsibilities? 工作职责 - Service interface and implementation for LP products( Low voltage power distribution products ACB&MCCB， Circuit Protection products MCB， Medium voltage breakers etc) in Region east 中低压产品的服务接口与执行（低压配电产品空气断路器、塑壳断路器、微断产品及中压断路器等）; - Technical communication with the customer， presentation and seminars与客户进行技术交流，产品讲解，技术研讨会等; - Technical support for Region sales 为区域销售提供技术支持; - ESP(External Service Partner) dispatch， training and daily management in Region East， ESP performance KPI evaluationESP(外部服务合作伙伴)派遣、培训和日常管理，ESP KPI; - Stock management for service spare parts， quarterly review and adjustment服务备件管理; - Coordinate with OC(Operating Company) CS colleagues to ensure fast solution for in-house repair and exchange service cases 与工厂售后服务部门沟通协调，确保为客户提供快速解决方案; - Monthly service & spare parts report 月度服务和备件报告 What do I need to qualify for this job? 职位要求 - Min 3~5 years customer support/service experience in Medium/Low voltage branch or related branch 中低压领域3~5年技术支持/售后服务工作经验； -Strong technical operational experience on medium/low voltage power distribution products & application for powerdistribution 中低压配电产品实操与应用经验； - Process management skill 流程管理能力； - Presentation skill 演讲能力； - Good communication skills with customer， sales and factories 良好的沟通能力（客户，销售，工厂同事）； - Well operation in Office， English written/oral 熟练使用Office软件，良好的英文口语/书写能力 What else do I need to know? 其他要求 Degree: Bachelor or equal 学历：大学本科； Preferred Major: Electrical engineering and power distribution 专业：电气/电力 Contact If you have further questions regarding this job offer， please be free to contact our Recruiting Center website at: http://www.careers.siemens.com.cn/Career/Main_ch.html 职能类别： 区域销售经理 产品/品牌经理 微信分享
