职位描述
Job Description: 1. Represent Forwarders company to provide on-site service to Vestas China 2. Inbound or outbound shipments handling as well as assist Vestas staffs to complete transport related operational and administrative tasks. 3. Inbound handling, including tracking and tracing inbound shipments, coordinating with Vestas factories, forwarders and customs agents to take care of inbound shipments from destination port to Vestas CN factories to ensure delivery on-time, solving the problems when occurred on shipments 4. Outbound handling , including receiving the transport booking requirement and prepare all documents required for Transport booking, complete TMS registration, and book shipping space and follow up the procedures and communicate with all the involved parties to achieve on-time delivery; to coordinate with all the involved parties so as to solve pop-up problems; to verify shipping documents incl. proforma invoice, packing list that issued by Vestas external suppliers against completeness, correctness and Vestas Purchase Order; Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major in International Trading / Logistics / Business English is a plus. 2. About 2 years of related working experiences in multi-national company. Familiar with international shipping, flight booking, trucking and import and export process / regulation. 3. Professional working experience with customs brokers, customs authorities and logistics service providers. 4. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office. 5.
