职位描述: 维护和建立长期稳定的金融领域的投资机构客户关系; 打造自己成为一位值得信赖的顾问,并利用资源实现现有客户的交叉销售; 与项目经理协作以求寻找和发展更多的业务机会; 与客户及内部职能团队保持联系,以确保客户的需求和目标及时、成功地交付; 清楚地向内部和外部的相关人员传达月度/季度计划的进展情况; 根据需要,协助处理解决客户的请求。 岗位要求: 本科或以上学历,有经验的客户经理、销售顾问或在专业服务领域的其他相关工作经验者优先考虑; 英语读写熟练,可以用英文邮件沟通; 为人积极主动,热情,并有优秀的沟通技巧; 可以在晚上和周末工作,例如参加行业会议、晚餐、其他商务活动等。 Duties and responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with financial institution customers Position yourself a trusted advisor and leverage resources to cross selling to existing customers Collaborate with project managers to identify and grow opportunities Liaise between customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, proven work experience as an account manager, sales advisor or other relevant experience in professional service is preferred High proficiency in English reading and writing Proactive, enthusiastic, outstanding interpersonal skills Flexible about the time work on occasional nights and weekends, such as attending seminar, business dinner and other business activities 职能类别: 销售经理 客服经理 微信分享
