岗位职责： Job Responsibility： 企业价值文化 Company Culture and Values - 熟知HOGO BOSS品质、尊重、激情、合作及创新这五个企业价值观并在工作中实践 The HUGO BOSS values， Quality， Respect， Passion， Cooperation and Innovation are known， accepted and lived on a daily basis 店铺运营管理 Store Operation Management - 制定及实施店铺运营及管理的总体战略性计划 Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management - 带领团队管理店铺的日常运营，确保销售目标的达成 Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations， ensure sales target is achieved - 管理并激励员工随时提供优质的产品演示及客户服务 Manage， motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times 客户服务 Customer Service - 提供优质的客户服务，时刻维持店铺的形象 Ensure mooth execution of services taken places at shop and maintain the brand image at shop level - 使用专业的技巧为顾客解答或提供品牌及产品的相关信息 Handle customers' enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality 员工发展计划 Employee Development Plan - 发现并激发员工的潜能，帮助他们实现***绩效 Searche， challenge and boot employee’s potential to best performance - 激发、鼓励并帮助员工发展，为员工表现提供反馈并赞扬员工取得的成果 Inspire， motivate and develop employees byond departmental boundaries，provide feedback and celebrate success 岗位要求： Requirements： - 管理或相关本科学历以上，零售经验丰富 Degree holder in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations - 有过往高端或奢侈品行业管理经验优先 Managerial position with successful track record， preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry - 出色的客户服务意识及积极的管理方式 Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers - 积极进取的达成店铺销售，责任感强 Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality， energetic， proactive， responsible and service oriented - 优秀的沟通能力和出色的顾客服务意识 Strong communications and excellent customer service skills - 英语读写能力佳，精通电脑系统操作 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese， proficient in computer skills 工作地点： - 北京百盛店，北京市西城区复兴门内大街101号百盛购物中心1层 职能类别： 卖场经理/店长 品类经理 微信分享
