Responsibilities 工作职责: Continuously improve the sale’s organization process to improve operation efficiency and quality level. 持续改进销售组织流程,提高运营效率和质量水平。 Facilitate the corporate procedures deployment in the sales’ organization. 推动公司程序的实施。 Work closely with sales team and service team for customer issue resolution. 与销售团队和服务团队紧密合作解决客户的问题。 Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operation issues. 沟通和协调跨部门团队解决运营中的问题。 Ensure customer surveys are conducted as necessary. Drive feedback and related corrective actions. 确保必要的客户调查,推动对客户的反馈和相关的纠正措施。 Conduct sales benchmark per requirement. 按要求进行销售基准考评。 Coordinate internal & external audits, and drive assessment or audit of the third party. 协调内部及外部审核,推动对第三方的评估或审核。 Provide process KPI and share with the stakeholders for the continuous improvement. 与利益相关者分享过程KPI,推动持续改进。 Qualifications 职位要求: Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferably in management, or similar field. 学士或以上学位。最好是在管理或类似领域。 Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project in the sale’s organization. 有精益六西格玛经验者优先,有成功完成销售组织中的重大改进项目的经验。 Ability to conduct assessments and audits, ISO9001 or TL9001internal auditor is preferred. 具有评估和审核的能力,最好是ISO9001或TL9000的内审员。 Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and statistical analysis. 熟练使用Microsoft Suite应用程序和统计分析。 Must be self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented environment. 必须有自我激励的能力,能够在以结果为导向的环境中工作。 Effective oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese. 有效的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧。 Effective facilitation and presentation skills. 有效的引导技巧和表达能力。 职能类别: 审核员 体系工程师 微信分享
