职位描述
Essential Functions: 1.Help company increase productivity. 2.Study product requirements and manufacturing systems to meet quality requirements. 3.Familiar with quality improvement， goal management or project planning and other skills. 4.Perform and implement the quality control/monitor system to Fab manufacture line. 5.Work with Fab teams to setup and execute the non-conforming products disposition assessment. 6.Setup and maintain Documentation review/approval procedure and management to meet the requirements of international quality system standards. 7.Quality related activities management of Fab to meet the ISO 9001/ IATF16949 and customer requirements. 8.Perform and assessment the ISO 9001/ITAF16949 and other standard certifications. 9.Perform and coordinate the internal/external(customer) audit activities. 10.Manage the process and product change (TECN/ECN). 11.Study and evaluate industry quality related spec/standard to support quality system. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science or Engineering related field is required. Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering or related quality fields， with semiconductor industry or Fab operation experience is preferred. Skills Required: 1.In depth knowledge of quality assurance experience and system， ex. ISO， IATF， and related standard. Good audit skill in semiconductors fabrication and supplier chain. 2.Success in developing， implementing， and coordinating quality programs initiatives. 3.Good quality system concept and analysis skills， ex. statistical analysis. 4.Good project management and team work skill with the ability to coordinate and work with cross functional/cross departmental teams. 5.Thorough understanding of computer systems and the ability to generate reports and findings. 6.Demonstrated proficient ability in public speaking and presentation skills. 7.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office， including Word， Excel， Access， and PowerPoint. 工作地址 北京市北京经济技术开发区科创七街OBE产业园E3栋3层 职能类别： 质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师) 关键字： 半导体通信 微信分享
