Position: NPI Quality Engineer Location: Beijing Responsibilities: Ensure Qorvo Beijing products meet internal and external quality and reliability requirements. Product Quality will also facilitate risk mitigation and continual improvement. 1. Lead root cause analysis， corrective and preventative actions to address qualification/ORM monitor failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production products in BJ and external subcons. 2. Gate and qualify Product or process change(CCC) request from factory internal and external subcons. 3. Participate MRB to review nonconforming product and provide reliability assessment plan if needed. 4. Plan and arrange ORM monitor program for BJ and BJ external assembly. Maintain ORM Reporting metrics. 5. Plan n Coordinate Qual / Eval. Test as Product Line or process engineer request and publish report 6. Facilitate continual improvement activities using DMAIC process 7. Work with internal cross function Group to handle customer quality issue within Asia. 8. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department 9. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001， and also comply with them in own working field consciously. Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above on Engineering or experience equivalent to that 2. 5 years or above engineering experience in semiconductor related industrial 3. English spoken and written fluently (Must) 4.
