Job Summary FileMaker Inc.， a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple Inc.， is looking for SQA Engineers to join the FileMaker SQA team. The position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills who can contribute in a dynamic team environment and work independently. Responsibilities will be shared between quality assurance of shipping and internal products， as well as cloud instances monitoring， customer issues investigation and reporting. The position is located in Beijing. Key Qualifications BS or MS degree in Computer Science， Software Engineering or equivalent 3+ years QA or DevOps experience Strong analysis， problem solving， and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and oral English (interview will be conducted in English) Self learner Great team player Description Shipping enterprise-ready high-quality software Functional testing， bug isolation and reporting Authoring， implementing and maintaining test plans and test cases Help developers to associate defects with application behavior Take part in 24*7 online Customer Support， escalate customer bugs to relevant department Closely work and communicate with QA， developers and DevOps teams in China and US Understanding of the security and its importance when dealing with dispersed servers Participate in automation using internal tools Education BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent Additional Requirements Previous work experience in Quality Assurance or Software development Good knowledge and hands on experience with AWS technologies Experience with relational database Experience or knowledge of the FileMaker platform Experience with Shell and Python Experience with C++ coding and debugging Experience with Web technologies 职能类别： 软件工程师 微信分享
