Report to: Software Design Engineer Manager Location: Beijing Office Responsibility: ？ Responsible for designing， documenting and implementing sub-systems within the constraints of Keithley system software architecture. ？ Participate in creating the product definition by evaluating the intended application and competitive products， generating detailed target specifications， identifying specific requirements of the product. ？ Investigate the viability of design approaches， implementation techniques， and the effective use of development tools. ？ Learn customer applications and instruments; finish assigned customization projects as needed. ？ Effective teamwork and collaborating with headquarter and worldwide engineering， applications， marketing， sales and field support personnel is essential. ？ International travel may be needed per customer project requirements. ？ Other related duties requested by supervisor. ？ Qualifications: ？ The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience: Requirements: ？ Bachelor or above degree with at least 5 years’ experience in software product development and design position. ？ Very experienced in Linux/UNIX programming. ？ At least 3 years of C++， C， Java or Python experience. ？ Good English skills， both in spoken and written. ？ Very strong communication， interpersonal， and conflict management skills. ？ Quick learner， able to handle multiple assignments for themselves and staff hard working， self-motivated， and assertive.
