工作职责 1.Foundry/CP/quality index review and schedule follow up; 2.Wafer non-conformity and MRB control; 3.Change Control; 4.FA support; 5.Customer service and complaint handling; 6.Document control; 7.Quality system related works. 任职资格 1. BS in Microelectronic & Electronic Engineering or Material Science and Technology or experience equivalent, MS is a plus. 2. 5+ years in quality, manufacturing of relevant semiconductor industry working experience or PIE/PE/SQE experience, experience focusing on process, device and reliability in foundry/assembly house is a plus. 3. Good speaking/reading/writing skills in English, and good communication skills in both Chinese and English. 4. Know well FA method such as SEM/TEM/FIB/EDS/X-ray, etc. 5. Working knowledge of quality tools like QC 7 tools, SPC, DOE, MSA, FMEA, etc, proficient in 8D report. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Be able to work under high pressure and willing to travel.
