职位描述
Main Duties · Preparing OI calculation in collaboration with Project Manager · Input for the sourcing concept establishment · Coordination of logistic/transport concept establishment · Preparing insurance/tax concept in collaboration with specialists · Negotiation with subcontractors together with Purchasing · Preparing the project review sheet, cost controlling sheets · Preparing the payment/shipping documents, bank guarantees application · Coordination of FX hedging with Finance Dept. · Prompt reports and documentation on deviations (costs, schedule, etc.) to Project Manager · Commercial inputs for claim management · Measures to mitigate impacts from deviations · Other activities assigned by the project manager or CM director · Good command on operation of SAP system Competency Requirements: · A recognized university degree in Commercial Management, International Trade, English or relevant degree. A Master Degree is preferred · At least 3 years' working experience in commercial management or international commercial projects management. At least 2 years’project leader working experience. Experience in Project-oriented business as commercial project manager is an advantage · Excellent computer skills with knowledge of database application, SAP system and other online tools · Strong coordination and interpersonal skills · Responsible, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure · Fluent in English
