岗位职责： 为在京外企的外籍员工提供高端房地产租赁及安居服务，陪同客户参观物业，国际学校和国际医疗机构等 1.良好的英语（或德语，法语）沟通及谈判能力（客户全部为外籍人士，以欧美客户为主）； 2.具有良好的服务意识，责任心强，能承受工作压力并能适应加班； 3.良好的团队合作意识； 4.有高端物业租赁/销售工作经验者或酒店工作经验者优先； Skills and Qualifications: 1. A strong command of English (German or French), good communication and negotiation skills; 2. Strong service mind, responsible and hardworking; 3.Good team work player; 4.
