职位描述
岗位职责 • 对电路系统进行系统评估，设计，仿真和测试 Designing, simulating, prototyping, and testing of electrical systems • 规划系统硬件架构，原理图，及设计布局 Build system H/W architecture, schematic, board floor planning • 元器件选取与认证，将供应商官方参考设计优化为适合产品的定制化设计 Parts selection and qualification. Optimize ref-designs into customized solutions • 指导CAD工程师进行设计具体的布局和布线，并负责整体的设计检查 Provide guidance to CAD designers (placement and routing) and review CAD work • 编撰产品硬件规格书，发布生产资料 Author HW specifications, and publish bill of materials • 调试及测试产品原型，设计规划及执行测试用例 Bring up and test prototypes. Develop and Implement test plans • 解决实验室及产线的硬件问题 Debug H/W issues in lab and mass production stage 任职条件 • 5年及以上的数字/模拟电路系统设计经验，理论基础扎实 5+ years of experience in digital/analog electrical system design with solid theory • 精通CAD工具设计流程。精通各种测量仪器的使用，如高速示波器，逻辑分析仪等。 Proficient in the complete flow of CAD design tools Proficient in using oscilloscopes, high speed digital test equipment, logic analyzers, and function generators • 拥有高速数字设计的超强理论基础，应用经验和高速设计方法论 Strong knowledge and application of high-speed design methodologies for Signal Integrity is a must • 在高速总线规范理解和应用方面有丰富经验，如PCIe，Multi-Gigabit Ethernet，Infiniband，DDR3/DDR4等，对高性能处理器和FPGA的应用方面有丰富经验 Experience with high speed buses include: PCIe QPI, Multi-gigabit Ethernet, Infiniband, DDR3/DDR4 Experience with the use of high performance processors and support FPGAs • 理解嵌入式软件层级架构，有设备驱动开发经验者优先 Know embedded S/W architecture, device/interface driver R&D experience is a plus • 具有FPGA逻辑设计经验者优先，具有数字或模拟电路仿真能力者优先 FPGA design experience is a plus. Experience with digital/analog simulation is a plus. • 非常清楚的逻辑思维。具备成熟的解决问题的方法论。非常强的理解沟通能力 Very good at logical thinking. Have mature problem solving methodologies. Strong communication skills
