岗位职责： As part of the Sourcing practice for Genpact and on location at the customer office, the Project Manager is expected to perform the following roles and own the following responsibilities, which is however not limited to the below Work with the Off-shore teams (global delivery centers) and the customer to ensure that the agreed KPI’s, SLA’s as per the Statement of Work are met Flag off any escalations or potential escalation to the Genpact operations team and management before it gets escalated higher up the customer’s management Drive process improvement or transformation projects to deliver incremental benefits to the customer Coordinate & drive projects within the customer organization which are within the ambit of Genpact’s Scope of Work Prepare and analyze several sourcing reports and provide insights to the business and the Genpact team Adapt and implement best practices from other business verticals Internally review Off-Shore team performance metrics before any governance meets or dashboard reviews Periodically share Genpact team’s performance feedback with the internal stakeholders Represent the Genpact Off-Shore teams as a liaison officer in the customer’s internal team meetings or reviews Mentor and guide the off-shore team wherever and whenever required Demonstrate thought leadership during key work-outs or during driving any initiatives Understand the complete procurement process of the customer and drive results to faster outcome Lead the implementation of strategic objectives within the sourcing / procurement organization of the customer Gather working intelligence from the customer in order better service the customer or improve the processes Highlight potential risk areas to the Genpact / customer leaders 任职要求： Education & Certification: Graduate in any discipline. Mechanical or Electrical engineers are preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Certification is preferred SPSM, CSPS or CPIM Certification is preferred Experience: Minimum work experience of 10-12 years and should have 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management. A candidate with consulting experience in this domain will be valuable too. Language: English. Any other foreign language (German, Spanish, Portuguese or French) is an advantage
